Aging: cold pressing followed by centrifugation and light filtering.
Olive trees up to 300 years old from the Clos Figueras estate itself

x1 Serras del Priorat

Varieties: Garnacha, Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Aging: 7 months in French oak barrels.
